Today's huddle — where we stand on what we committed to

Waiting for today's huddle sheet…

Trade Sales sold today vs commit Calls booked vs commit Opps on the board vs commit Canceled Against the commitment
Waiting for data…
What the columns mean
Commit is what each manager committed to on the 6 AM huddle sheet — the tag says which band they picked (floor, expected, stretch, goal pace) or that they typed their own number. Sales is what was sold today — estimates sold in ServiceTitan, as dollars and as jobs — against the sold-revenue and jobs-sold commitments; "opp jobs" are sold jobs that were replacement opportunities (the 10+ leads sold line). Calls are new-money service, maintenance and estimate visits booked for today — not repairs, callbacks, warranties or return trips on tickets opened an earlier day; "closed out" is the count the closeout scores, "on site" is a tech working it now, "to go" is still ahead. Opps are today's calls that are replacement opportunities under the opportunity rules (10+ / 6+ equipment, estimates, REP OPP tags). Against the commitment says, for sales, jobs sold, calls and opps, whether the trade is there yet and what is still needed. Live numbers refresh from ServiceTitan every five minutes; the rules live in one place in the warehouse so this card, the capacity card and the huddle agree.

Waiting for data…
What the columns mean
Today / this week / month to date are what Google (and Meta) report as spent, synced every 15 minutes; the week starts Monday. The PPC contractor fee is the monthly fee pro-rated across the month's spend days, so loaded cost = media + fee. Leads are the platform's own count (LSA leads, Meta leads); Search has no platform lead count, so its cost per job is the honest figure. ST jobs are ServiceTitan jobs created on each account's tracked campaign (LSA) or matched to a paid-search click (PPC), and revenue is what has been invoiced on them so far this month — it keeps growing for weeks after the spend, so late-month cost per job always looks worse than it will end up.

Capacity by trade

Slots = techs on shift × calls per tech (HVAC 3 · Plumbing 2.33 · Electrical 3) — computed live from ServiceTitan shifts.

Demand trend

Lead calls received, jobs created, and web bookings per day.

PPC Campaigns — paid search

Google Search account 785-492-5401. Revenue is invoiced-to-date for jobs created in the period, so recent periods are still maturing. Loaded ROAS = revenue ÷ (media + contractor fees). Break-even at 52% gross margin = 1.92× loaded.

Ad spend & leads by account

Weather ahead

Next 10 days in Edmond, scored by expected demand (modeled from a year of calls vs weather). Chips mark marketing playbook triggers.

Weather-adjusted tactics (30d)

Jobs discounted by the weather-demand index — a job earned in a heat wave counts less than one earned on a mild day. Adj $/job = cost net of weather.
